From pre-settlement to today, discover the many ways humans, birds, animals and insects have used and treasured these magnificent trees. We will examine where elms are typically found in nature, their myriad uses over the centuries, folklore and stories, plus faunal partnerships.

This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Friday, April 28, 1-4 p.m.
