Learn how to create simple, easy, and delicious recipes using frsh ingredients and fragrant spices. Recipes are a fusion style of flavors from the instructor's journeys and Pakistan home land. In this virtual cooking demonstration, you will discover how to prepare delectable vegetables cooked in a traditional Morrocan Tagine, a shallow earthenware pot. This vegetarian tagine will be paired with Mediterranean couscous to complete the dish. This is a virtual class; please provide a working email upon registration.
