Grab a sturdy chair with a back and join us for 45 minutes of gentle yoga from the comfort of your own home. Your instructor will thoughtfully guide you through stretches and traditional yoga poses while seated and standing. The chair will support to your foundation, allowing these positions to be more accessible. Guidance through breath exercises and meditation will be a main component of this class to enhance your overall body awareness.
