Holy Basil, Nettle, and Ashwaganda are three among many herbal adaptogens, traditional remedies supported by science for long-term, unrelenting stress. Adaptogens heal our nervous, immune and endocrine systems, and can improve mood, energy, sleep, adrenal or thyroid function, and other symptoms. Join us in this virtual class as we explore several adaptogens which work with different sets of symptoms and learn how they are used for best results. This is a virtual class; please provide a working email upon registration.
