Holy Basil, Nettle, and Ashwagandha are three among many herbal adaptogens. An adaptogen is a traditional remedy supported by science for long-term, unrelenting stress. They heal our nervous, immune and endocrine systems and can improve energy, sleep, adrenal or thyroid function, as well as other symptoms.
Join us in this virtual class as we explore several adaptogens and which work for best results.
