There are highly nutritious and healing herbs growing in your yard that can be used as first aids, digestive and respiratory supports, and energy tonics. Learn more about the traditional medicinal uses of these abundant plants and their most effective preparations. Participants will also learn how to make a simple tincture to take home with them.

This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Sunday, August 20, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
