Anyone can be a garden naturalist! In this brand new camp, young naturalists will explore the diverse animal and plant life at Olbrich and how it connects to their own lives through observation and reflection. Campers will plant and tend to seeds in the Children’s Kitchen Garden, create unique art, and record their discoveries and questions in journals to bring home.
Join us for a week full of fun including (but certainly not limited to!) nature observations, art, and scientific journaling as we connect to the natural world.
The day camp program is available for children ages 7 to 12 years (youth entering grades 2-7 during fall 2023).
You are registering for Session 2: Tuesday, June 20-Friday June 23, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.* (Each session offers the same curriculum, so please only register for one camp session).
*Aftercare is available from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. During after camp hours, children can participate in outdoor games, explore, play, or relax in the Children’s Kitchen Garden.
