Join us for a gentle yoga practice to release stagnant energy and to reduce stress and tension. Your instructor will kindly guide you through poses, concentrating on breath and a focused mind. Through meditation, you will learn to bridge the mind and heart, allowing you to feel lighter and brighter! This series is suitable for all levels, including beginners who are new to yoga.

This 5-week series will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Wednesdays, August 17-September 14, 9-9:45 a.m.
We are currently following local public health guidelines, so masks/face coverings are not required at this time.
In case of poor weather, sessions will be canceled and refunded. Cancelations will be provided by email; make sure to provide a working email upon registration.
