Incorporating herbs and fermented food or beverages into daily life is a great way to support your body. Learn about a series of principles that make it easy to incorporate herbs and fermented food into daily life. After the presentation, we will sample several foods and remedies that help support digestive wellness, and everyone will make a digestive tonic to take home.
