Join us to explore various herbs that can promote winter health and address common ailments. Participants will have the opportunity to make their own elderberry oxymel syrup, elderberry tincture, and herbal lozenges to take home. During class, we will also taste a variety of herbal tea and infusions that can be easily replicated. All skill levels are welcome; recipes and all supplies provided.

This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Thursday, October 20, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

We are currently following local public health guidelines, so masks/face covers are not required at this time.
