Enjoy freshly popped popcorn and an outdoor screening of Turning Red (2022)

Disney and Pixar’s “Turning Red” introduces Mei Lee, a confident, dorky 13-year-old torn between staying her mother’s dutiful daughter and the chaos of adolescence. Her protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, is never far from her daughter—an unfortunate reality for the teenager. And as if changes to her interests, relationships and body weren’t enough, whenever she gets too excited (which is practically ALWAYS), she “poofs” into a giant red panda!

Because of a GLEAM installation on the Great Lawn, this year’s Member Movie night will be held on the grass lot beside the Children’s Kitchen Garden (see map below).

Event Guidelines:

• Bring your own lawn chair or blanket seating.
• Lawn chair and blanket set up begins at 6pm
• Movie starts at 7pm. Movie length is 1 hr 40 min.
• Sneak peek at GLEAM is available from 8pm-10pm.
• Carry-in picnics and beverages are allowed.
