Learn to make your own nourishing herbal beverages and fermented drinks. This engaging workshop will guide you in making herbal infusions and transforming them into delicious fermented drinks. Everyone will take home a beverage that we create in class, as well as a culture and instructions for continuing to create delicious beverages at home. Examples of drinks we will make include roseship "soda", switchel or farmers punch, nettle "soda" and many more!
Bring a 2-quart size mason jar and a cup for sampling; all other supplies are provided.

This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Thursday, July 7, 6-8 p.m.
We are currently following local public health guidelines, so masks/face covers are not required at this time.
