Instructor Jennifer will lead a guided drumming meditation, helping participants tune in to receive their own unique healing messages from the plants. Explore the history of plant spirit medicine, local medicinal plants, and the spirit medicine they offer us. Meditations will be led outside, weather permitting. Dress for the weather.
