Join us for fun and dynamic yoga classes that reflect on the seasons. As we check in with our bodies we will discover what we can learn from the natural world surrounding us and internalize these connections through a physical asana practice. We will follow a vinyasa flow class structure with room to include restorative postures and yin practices.
Bring your own yoga mat.
Optional supplies: if you have them, you can bring yoga blocks, yoga straps, and bolsters.

This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Tuesdays, April 4-May 2, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
We are currently following local public health guidelines, so masks/face covers are not required at this time.
