Join us as we unlock a state of present moment awareness through a slow moving practice. All abilities are welcome as we enjoy the benefits of yoga. You will be encouraged to safely work within your own limitations as the instructor is experienced in alignment yoga and will be giving individual cues to each participant. This is a virtual class; please provide a working email upon registration.
