The ancient exercise and movement art of Tai Chi has a world wide contemporary following due to its benefits to physical and emotional well-being. Research verifies it is one of the best exercises for physical balance and fall prevention, and the gentleness and pleasure of the experience encourages continued standing and/or seated practice.
