Join us for a virtual cook-along to create Harissa Shrimp and Mediterranean Couscous! Your instructor will demonstrate techniques and guide you step-by-step as you create a delicious meal using fresh ingredients and fragrant spices. An ingredient list will be provided upon registration so you can prepare to cook along with the class in your own kitchen.

Required Ingredients
Harissa:
- 4 Guajillo whole chilies
- 4 De Arbol whole chilies
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Shrimp:
- 2 pounds frozen shrimp, detailed and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Harissa
- 2 teaspoons White Jasmine Sajji Masala
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 whole green cardamoms
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 4 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Mediterranean Couscous:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 cups couscous
- 1 teaspoon White Jasmine Sajji Masala
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups warm water
